Market directly in front of St Stephen's Cathedral, running since 2013. On offer are local craft work, gift items and traditional dishes. It starts earlier than most other Viennese markets and runs until 26 December.
What to eat and drink here
Traditional Austrian catering with punch, mulled wine, roast chestnuts and hot dishes. In 2025 a hot drink here cost about 5.80 EUR. A deposit is charged on the mug (usually 3–5 EUR in Vienna).
